We have long suspected the cover-up of Islamic honor killings in America. I have tried for years to determine how many young Muslim girls died in the US, and under what circumstances. There is no central data bank with that sort of information. We know the media refuses to call it what it is; do we believe that law enforcement would? The Pentagon can't even say jihad when the subject of the investigation of the Fort Hood jihadi Hasan comes up.

The higher-ups in law enforcement and government are scrubbing the horrific crime of honor killing. How do they look their wives and daughters and sisters in the face at night? This points to the continued diminishment of women in the West by the introduction of Islamic cultural mores and practices. This egregious violation of public trust and American rule of law was exposed in the lawsuit filed by four Christians arrested in Michigan for passing out leaflets at an Arab Festival.

Covering up what should be a capital crime demands a special investigation, not just in Michigan, but nationwide. This is happening everywhere -- stealth sharia enforcement.

A lawsuit that challenges the official cooperation by the city of Dearborn, Mich., which has one of the largest populations of Muslims in the U.S., with Islamic interests makes a stunning allegation: that under the recognized "Shariah" law in the city, there have been "honor killing" murders that have been "covered up."

The lawsuit wasbrought by the Thomas More Law Center on behalf of four Christians whose speech and other civil rights were restricted by official city action at several recent city-sponsored Arab Fest events.

The lawsuit on behalf of Acts 17 Apologetics, Nebeel Qureshi, David Wood, Paul Rezkalla, Negeen Mayel and Joshua Hogg names as defendants the city of Dearborn, Mayor John. B. O'Reilly, Police Chief Ronald Haddad and a long list of police officers and Muslim Chamber of Commerce Executive Director Fay Beydoun and Norma Haidous, the special events coordinator for the American Arab chamber.

Officials in the offices of both O'Reilly and Haddad said they were unable to respond to questions about the case, which seeks a court order halting the city's practices regarding speech and distribution of literature on public property at the city's Arab Fest during the summers.

It also seeks compensatory and punitive damages from the defendants.

The allegation about the honor killings that have been "overlooked" in Dearborn comes on Page 61 of the 96-page complaint filed in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan today.

Describing the circumstances under which police officers arrested the Christians and ordered them to spend a night in jail rather than view readily available exculpatory evidence that ultimately cleared them of the charges, the complaint notes that during the booking of the Christians at the city jail, "a sympathetic city police officer told plaintiffs Qureshi and Rezkalla that some of the police officers were 'on their side,' 'agreed with what they were doing' and 'didn't think they did anything wrong,' or words to that effect."

The comments simply were "demonstrating further that defendants retaliated against plaintiffs for their religious speech activity," the complaint explains.

"The sympathetic police officer told plaintiffs that the security personnel hired for the Arab Festival were mostly 'criminals and gang members,'" the complaint explained. Then it continued:

"The sympathetic police officer told plaintiffs that there were instances in the city where 'honor killings' permitted by Shariah had taken place, but they were covered up," the complaint alleges.

There were available no further details about the honor killings, which are murders committed by Muslims to protect or restore the "honor" of their families against their own family members who may have somehow created "dishonor," such as refusing to cooperate with an arranged marriage, or marrying outside of Islam.

"Muslims dominate the political and law enforcement process in Dearborn. It seems that police were more interested in placating the mayor and Muslims than obeying our Constitution. Shariah law makes it a crime to preach the Gospel to Muslims. This is a classic example of stealth Jihad being waged right here in America. And it should be a wake-up call for all patriotic Americans,” he said.

The first situation developed June 18 when police jailed four Christian missionaries when they witnessed Nabeel Qureshi, a Muslim convert to Christianity, peaceably discussing his Christian faith with Muslim youths.

The other three, David Wood, Paul Rezkalla, and Negeen Mayel, were arrested along with Qureshi for allegedly "breaching the peace," and were led away in handcuffs by police while Muslim onlookers cheered and applauded.

Interesting the police were surveilling the "situation" yet did NOTHING to protect Gary Smith. One can only imagine the protests and the politicians rushing to the microphones to denounce the overt act of racism and anti-religion if the tables were turned. Which of course they rarely if ever are - despite the fairy tale moanings  of the continuously embarassing "Baroness" Warsi. Fully expect some muliculti automaton to start crying about the "human rights" of the street jihadists to practice their Religion of Peace which demands they kill the infidel Christians.

The lives of the innocent British people are in peril with the ability to walk ANY streets in England/Great Britain without fear of becoming a victim of muslim violence rapidly shrinking. This street jihad is totally unacceptable and MUST be stopped.

Four men slashed teacher's face and left him with fractured skull 'for teaching other religions to Muslim girls'

Slashed: Victim Gary Smith was left with a fractured skull

Four men launched a horrific attack on a teacher in which they slashed his face and left him with a fractured skull because they did not approve of him teaching religion to Muslim girls.

Akmol Hussein, 26, Sheikh Rashid, 27, Azad Hussain, 25, and Simon Alam, 19, attacked Gary Smith with a Stanley knife, an iron rod and a block of cement.

Mr Smith, who is head of religious education at Central Foundation Girls' School in Bow, east London, also suffered a fractured skull.

The four now face a jail sentence.

Detectives made secret recordings of the gang's plot to attack Mr Smith prior to the brutal assault.

The covert audio probe captured the gang condemning Mr Smith for 'teaching other religions to our sisters', the court heard.

The RE teacher was targeted as he made his way on foot along Burdett Road in nearby Mile End on July 12 last year, Snaresbrook Crown Court was told.

Prosecutor Sarah Whitehouse told the court: 'The evidence from what was said on the probe points overwhelmingly to a religious motive for this attack.' 

It is believed the gang had made two earlier attempts to get at the teacher.

They were due to stand trial for the attack at Snaresbrook Crown Court but pleaded guilty to causing grievous bodily harm with intent.

A fifth defendant, Badruzzuha Uddin, 23, admitted assisting the thugs by hiding blood-stained clothing.

Judge John Hand QC remanded the defendants in custody until sentence on a date yet to be confirmed.

Hussein, of Bethnal Green, east London; Rashid, of Shadwell, east London; Hussain, of Wapping, east London, and Alam, of Whitechapel, east London; have all admitted causing grievous bodily harm with intent.

Uddin, of Shadwell, admitted assisting an offender.

Entering the debate on national identity and religious tolerance, the Prime Minister will declare an end to “passive tolerance” of divided communities, and say that members of all faiths must integrate into wider society and accept core values.

To be British is to believe in freedom of speech and religion, democracy and equal rights regardless of race, sex or sexuality, he will say. Proclaiming a doctrine of “muscular liberalism”, he will say that everyone, from ministers to ordinary voters, should actively confront those who hold extremist views.

He will also warn that groups that fail to promote British values will no longer receive public money or be able to engage with the state.

His speech, to an international security conference in Munich, comes after The Daily Telegraph disclosed the extent to which the British intelligence community fears the “unique threat” of terrorist attacks by radicalised British Muslims.

Mr Cameron will promise a new willingness to argue against and “defeat” extremist ideologies that lead That means abandoning the notion that different communities should be able to live according to their own values and traditions as long as they stay within the law. “Under the doctrine of state multiculturalism, we have encouraged different cultures to live separate lives, apart from each other and the mainstream,” Mr Cameron will say. “We have failed to provide a vision of society to which they feel they want to belong.”

All Britons should believe in basic values of freedom and equality, and actively promote them, he will say. That means ensuring that immigrants learn to speak English and that all schools teach “elements of a common culture and curriculum”.

The Prime Minister will accept that multiculturalism has left some members of the white community feeling unfairly treated. Racism and intolerance are “rightly” condemned, he will say. “But when equally unacceptable views or practices have come from someone who isn’t white, we’ve been too cautious, frankly too fearful, to stand up to them.”

The speech comes after Baroness Warsi, the Conservative Party chairman, caused controversy by claiming that prejudice against Muslims was widespread and socially acceptable.

Mr Cameron will draw a clear distinction between “Islamist extremism” as a political ideology, and the Islamic faith itself. “We need to be clear: Islamic extremism and Islam are not the same thing,” he will say.

The Government is reviewing its entire strategy for counter-terrorism and community cohesion amid concern that the state is working too closely with Muslim groups that do not fully endorse liberal values. Mr Cameron will say that community groups will be scrutinised in future to see if they promote democracy, equality and integration. Those that fail the “tests” will be cut off. “No public money, no sharing of platforms with ministers,” he will say.
