Muslim "Man of good character" gets 37 yr jail term for murder

The fact that another muslim man, Saturday Hassan, has shot and killed a young man, Darren Deslandes and permanently injured his brother, Junior Deslandes - can no longer be viewed as an anomaly or "one off" in England. This blog and others have chronicled hundreds of cases of violence against the indigenous British people - men, women and children - by muslim or "Asian" men. (See Categories & Blog Roll)

But, the continual need for the dhimmified media and other to wrap a cold-blooded murdering thug up in cotton wool by declaring he: "Builder Hassan had been a man of good character but was attracted by the gangster lifestyle" is particularly galling.  Would someone please inform the reporter --men attracted by "gangster lifestyle" do NOT have good character.  The statement is ludicrous.

Although, It is common for muslims criminals to be presented as such:

"Well here is a statement from what certainly must be one of the dumbest women in the UK. During mitigation, Ruth Field, in her defense of a muslim man who attempted rape, proffered up to the court that Anosh Ahmed, "who has an economics degree, had come to the UK six years ago and stayed on illegally....... he had had a good character until now."

So let's see - what the apologist, Ms Field, is saying is that despite the FACTS that Anosh Ahmed "let the victim, who cannot be named for legal reasons, into the cafe after hours to use the internet and then started kissing and touching her, preventing her from leaving. He then dragged her into a toilet, forced her to the floor and told her to take off her clothes, telling her: it's ok, it's only sex, you don't want to die do you?" He only suffers from temporary and recent "bad character".

Somehow I think the victim will see the attempted rape as a bit more than a lapse in character. To this day the young woman remains traumatized and is stressed when she is among strangers as well as feels frightened when she is alone. But - according to Ms Field - pay this no mind as the muslim man who attempted the rape is really a nice guy.

Judge Matthews is not all that far behind Miss Field when he makes the "profound" statment to Mr. Ahmed "You have continued to deny any wrongdoing and to blame the victim. The pre-sentence report suggests you have disturbed views about sexual entitlement and appropriate sexual behaviour." SOURCE

The above muslim thwarted rapist also had "good character" along with "disturbed views about sexual entitlement and appropriate sexual behaviour" Perhaps Judge Matthews AND Ruth Fields should spent a lazy afternoon curled up with the Qur'an and read about what the Religion of Peace actually says about women and rape --along with some periodicals so they can catch up on current affairs --particularly the growing rape of non-muslim women by muslim men --leading more than one source to name it Rape Jihad.    (See also HERE)

Thus we find the same extended circumstances/excuse making mentality exhibited by Judge Paget regarding Saturday Hassan -

"Judge Paget said: "That car and that gun are the trappings of a gangster. (driving a BMW 4x4 car and having a gun) You have no convictions but you appear to be someone who admires that style of life."

So, according to Judge Paget, the British public ought to be concerned about BMW drivers because they could fancy themselves "gangsters" - have a gun and shoot us in the head?

Ludicrous.   

It is no coincidence this pattern of making excuses for muslim violent behavior (or verbal jizya) clearly extends well beyond the courtroom and has invaded every aspect of our society  - ie: government, politicians, law enforcement, schools, social programs etc etc.  Muslim apologists & multiculturalists are deliberately trying to ram down the throats of the non-muslim population of the UK, EU, USA the myth that Islam is a religion of peace while millions of violent muslims - worldwide - are said to be "Misunderstanders of Islam".

The exact opposite is true  and the reality lies HERE.

Pub killer jailed for 37 years

A gunman has been jailed for a minimum of 37 years and given three life sentences for shooting two brothers in the head in front of their publican father.

One son died while the other made a "miraculous" recovery despite still having three bullets in his head.

Saturday Hassan launched his attack after being thrown out of the family's Newton Arms pub in Croydon, south London, during a party to celebrate the New Year.

He returned with a gun and shot brothers Darren and Junior Deslandes, who were helping father Wintworth, 58, in "10 seconds of devastation", the Old Bailey heard.

Hassan, 30, of Sydenham, south London, was found guilty on Thursday of murder and attempted murder on January 1, and a firearms charge, on majority verdicts. He was cleared of a further charge of attempting to murder the brothers' father.

Judge David Paget told Hassan he devastated the Deslandes family, physically, mentally and financially, when he fired eight bullets at the two men. He said Hassan produced the semi-automatic pistol from his waistband and opened fire on the brothers as they tried to disarm him for the safety of people in the pub. "It was brave and right of them to do so," said the judge.

The brothers were shot in front of their mother, father and younger brother. Three bullets were still lodged in Junior's head because it was too dangerous to remove them. He would be affected all his life and may never work again.

Builder Hassan had been a man of good character but was attracted by the gangster lifestyle, driving a BMW 4x4 car and having a gun. Judge Paget said: "That car and that gun are the trappings of a gangster. You have no convictions but you appear to be someone who admires that style of life."

Hassan fired three bullets into housing officer Darren, 34, killing him with one which went into his brain. Junior, a 26-year-old estate agent, was shot at five times, with one of the .32 bullets remaining in his skull and two embedded near his jaw after passing through his shoulder.

Edward Brown QC, prosecuting, said two others brushed past his head leaving scars. He had missed death by a fraction when he moved his head, and despite still receiving treatment he came to court to help convict his brother's killer.

Muslims Desecrate Remembrance Day Poppy

Fallen and modern day soldiers who fought or fight with love of Country in their hearts are now being consistently defiled by despicable - muslim men who openly loathe the Country of their residence -England - for indeed -regardless of their place of birth - these muslim/jihadis are mere squatters who are not now nor ever will be true Englishmen - by their own choice.

Meanwhile - modern day patriots are either banned from protesting or demonized when they want to peacefully assemble and demonstrate against the rampant Islamization of Great Britain.

Flashpoint: Muslims Against Crusade burn a replica poppy in Kensington

Prince Philip laid a cross in Westminster Abbey's Field of Remembrance this morning as millions paid silent tribute to the nation's war dead - but police had to intervene elsewhere in London as Muslim protesters burned a model of a poppy.

Riot police were out in force in Kensington to stop any possible confrontation with around 70 English Defence League protesters who held a counter-demonstration chanting anti-Islamic slogans.

A group called Muslims Against Crusade, which drew around 30 supporters, was carrying black flags and chanted slogans such as “British soldiers burn in hell”. An EDL protester was arrested after he tried to break through police lines.

Abu Rayah, from east London, said his group were protesting against the oppression by the Government. He said: “We're here today because people talk about all this patriotism but people in Afghanistan want Sharia and the soldiers keep dropping cluster bombs on our people and it's like they just want us dead. We want British and American troops out of Afghanistan now.”

English Defence League protester Clive Donnellan, 49, a construction manager said: “The MAC could have chosen a more sensitive day to protest. They are preaching hate and although it's great to have free speech this shouldn't be happening today. They can come down any other day and say what they think.”

The rest of the capital fell silent for two minutes at 11am to mark Armistice Day and the 92nd anniversary of the return of peace at the end of the First World War. Many gathered at the Cenotaph in Whitehall and there were poignant scenes at Wootton Bassett, the Wiltshire town through which Britain's dead from Afghanistan have been brought since 2007.

The Duke of Edinburgh, 89, who served as a Royal Navy officer during the Second World War, also visited the grave of the Unknown Warrior, 90 years after the soldier's coffin was interred in the abbey.

The field, set up by the Royal British Legion, has been filled with hundreds of small wooden crosses, each bearing the name of a lost loved one, a poppy and often a message of commemoration. The crosses grouped in dozens of plots representing regiments, ships and air corps involved in conflicts from the First World War to Iraq and Afghanistan. Today's ceremony was watched by many armed forces veterans.

NO Jail for RACIST Muslims who Kicked Stabbed & Bludgeoned Lone Boy

One can truly understand this father's and mother's frustration, anger and disgust knowing the muslim perpetrators of the savage racist attack against their lone 14 year old son will not be in jail.

Also disturbing is this trial and subsequent release of the racists gang was only considered "news" in the local paper.  We all KNOW had the situation been reversed it would be headline news in the major mainstream media outlets. Even The Press chose to not identify the adult perpetrator:

One has to wonder how much fear of being seen "racist" or upsetting the muslim community entered into the police investigation and subsequent prosecution - recall this:

Savile Town attackers caged as court erupts

"A judge sent the perpetrators of the Savile Town attack of Robert Dyson, Sohail Hussain, 19, and 20-year-old Ali Mushtaq to a young offenders’ institution. Supporters of Hussain & Mushtage shouted abuse at the judge when the sentence was read. 

"As Judge James Spencer QC sentenced Hussain to three-and-a-half years and Mushtaq to 12 months, supporters started kicking their feet against wooden benches in the public gallery at Leeds Crown Court.

One man banged his fists repeatedly on a table and a woman stood up and shouted: “This is not justice, this is bull****.”  The supporters then fled court, some in tears."

Muslim disrespect of the English Courts is getting to be rather commonplace and of course, these muslim supporters received NO rebuke or punishment for their insults and abuse.

One also wonders what kind of duress or threats were directed against the the 15 year old witness whose refused to testify at the trial. Did not young Joseph Haigh see his attackers?

I/we can agree with Mr. & Mrs. Haigh "“It has all left a sour taste" as we are all being "cheated by the system".

Attack trial collapses as witness refuses to testify...

THE parents of a teenager attacked and left for dead by a gang of Asians say they feel “cheated” by the system after the collapse of a court trial.
Joseph Haigh, then aged 14, was savagely beaten by a gang of up to 15 Asian youths in Rectory Park, Thornhill, last October.
He was knocked unconscious with a half a house brick, stabbed in the face with a screwdriver and kicked repeatedly in the head as he lay helpless. His attackers hurled racist abuse at him, referring to the colour of his skin, then left him for dead.
Joseph, pouring with blood, came round and staggered to a nearby bus stop to raise the alarm.
This week seven youths, four aged 17, two 15-year-olds and an 18-year-old, went on trial accused of causing grievous bodily harm with intent and racially-aggravated GBH.
Only the 18-year-old can be identified for legal reasons but The Press has decided it would be unfair to name him in the circumstances.
The youths live in Savile Town, Thornhill Lees or Thornhill Edge.
All seven denied the charges and on the second day of a trial expected to last up to three weeks, the case collapsed and the accused were acquitted.
The judge at Leeds Crown Court was told that a key prosecution witness, believed to be 15-years-old, had refused to give evidence, and could not be forced due to his age.
Joseph’s parents Jonathan and Stacey were shocked that the trial only lasted a day and a half.
Lorry driver Mr Haigh, 43, said: “We feel cheated. We did expect this outcome if we’re being honest but we had been led to believe the case was stronger than just one witness.
“We are not saying those lads on trial were the ones responsible, because that was for the court to decide, but we feel let down.
“The trial only lasted a few hours and we had been told it would go on two or three weeks. It just seems a total waste of money.”
The couple also criticised the initial police inquiry. Because Joseph’s bike went missing police at first classified the incident as a ‘robbery.’
It was a week before the police decided it was an ‘attack’ instead, and only after The Press published an interview with the family did officers start to treat it as racially-motivated.
Mrs Haigh, 41, said: “Our son was almost killed and the doctor said he was the luckiest lad alive given the head injuries he suffered. Others have died after just one blow.
“Just because Joseph’s bike disappeared, police said it was a robbery and the scene wasn’t cordoned off and people were allowed to come and go. Vital evidence could have been missed.
“If the police had taken this seriously at the start they could have had the helicopter out and probably caught this gang before they got away.
“Don’t get us wrong we are grateful to the police for getting the case to court but we can’t believe the evidence was so weak.”
Joseph, now 15, has made a good recovery but is still nervous when out alone.
His teeth were badly damaged and he is still receiving treatment.
Mrs Haigh, a retail worker, had taken two weeks unpaid leave for the trial and her husband had been forced to change shifts and lose overtime.
“It has all left a sour taste,” said Mrs Haigh. “But at least it’s over and we can get on with our lives. This has been hanging over us for a year.”
Mr Haigh, who has lived in Dewsbury all his life, said the family  planned to leave town and added: “Dewsbury has nothing for us now.”
In a statement Patrick Gallagher, district crown prosecutor for Leeds, said: “We are fully aware that this was a serious offence which had a significant impact on the young victim, and we did everything in our power to put the case before the courts.
“Unfortunately, a key witness felt unable to give evidence on Wednesday and as a result the prosecution could not proceed.
“As a prosecuting authority we not only have a duty of care towards victims but also to witnesses, especially young witnesses.
“In these circumstances it was inappropriate to continue. The judge said he understood and respected our decision.
“I personally explained the situation at length to the victim’s parents immediately after the hearing.”

British Lad has jaw broken in unprovoked 'stop & smash' street jihad attack

Yet another (how often I have written those two words) unprovoked vicious attack by a muslim coward against a young Hyndburn boy.  The youngster was walking with friends when a black sports car suddently stopped and a "muscular" man sprang from the car and punched the lad in the face. The 'sorry excuse for a man' just as quickly ran away and drove off. The lad suffered a broken jaw.

This cowardly 'stop and smash' behaviour is typical modus operandi  for many muslim thugs. Either a quick seemingly random attack by a lone perpetrator catching the (white) victim unaware OR a mob of muslim men ambush a lone (white) person or couple. On the bright side (if you could call it that) - and likely in light of the preponderance of historical evidence such as listed above - the police did not issue their usual placation of "These types of attacks are rare"........clearly they are NOT.

Boy, 13, suffers broken jaw in unprovoked Hyndburn attack

A 13-year-old boy suffered a broken jaw in an unprovoked attack as he walked down the street.

Police said the youngster, who was with friends at the time near a busy road in Hyndburn, was assaulted by a man who jumped out of a black sports car.

Detective Constable Paul Langley said the man punched the boy in the face before jumping back in the car and fleeing.

He said: "The boy was walking with friends when he was approached by a man driving a black convertible sports car. "The man got out of his car and punched the boy in the head before driving off.

"This was a serious attack and I would urge anyone who saw what happened or has any information to contact police."

The incident happened as the 13-year-old was walking along Dill Hall Lane in Church near to the junction with Dunkenhalgh Way at 8pm on September 2.

The attacker was described as Asian, aged in his 30s, around 5ft 11ins tall, with a muscular build and short black hair.

When IS it a racist incident? Police continually refuse to recognize muslim racism against British

From the  Oldham Evening Chronicle  comes two more clearcut incidents of unprovoked muslim racism and aggression directed against the British people - or as it is so frequently the case - British teens & children.

The first incident :

"A TEENAGE girl was assaulted and robbed by a gang of youths in broad daylight as she enjoyed Oldham Carnival" A TEENAGE girl was assaulted and robbed by a gang of youths in broad daylight as she enjoyed Oldham Carnival.

The victim and her friend — both 15 — were in Alexandra Park on Sunday at 6pm when they were approached by a gang of 15 older teenagers.

One of them asked the girls for a cigarette and became aggressive when she said she didn’t have one.

Gang members began to make sexual suggestions towards the girls and said they would strip them unless they handed over a cigarette.

As one girl got her phone out to call for help, the gang threw tree bark into her eyes before one slapped her across the face and ran off with her mobile.

One of the gang stayed behind and said he would get the mobile phone back if the girls performed a sex act on him.

The father of the girl whose phone was stolen has since received anonymous abusive calls about his daughter. (Source)

The parents were shocked that in a park full of adults no one watching the assault helped or called police. This left the parents (and me) believing:

“I think these lads think they’re invincible and are not scared of doing something like this in such a busy place. I think people can be scared sometimes to report these incidents but I felt I had to make a stand and do my bit to get them caught so they can’t do it again"

The parents are 100% correct.

The SECOND incident within a day or so - same park:

"TWO teenagers were assaulted by a gang of men in in Alexandra Park. The 16-year-olds were walking through the park at 6pm on Sunday when a five-strong gang approached them.

One of the boys was kicked to the ground and then kicked in the face. The other boy was punched in the face." SOURCE

The police deemed both attacks were NOT racist. So there you have it -'multicultural worshipping police - repeatedly telling the British people "Move along now - Nothing to see here" -- when in reality these muslim perpetrated race hate crimes against the white British people are as clear as the nose on any police inspector's face -or maybe I should say the hijab on her head.?y

Perhaps if the perpetrators were not muslims but rather a 6 year old girl OR a mentally challenged boy - the police would take note and immediately act to quell the "racism".

Whereas these latest incidents are nowhere as violent as the 'typical' crimes that are written about in TheOPINIONATOR what is noteworthy is they add to the overwhelming and continuing evidence of the pattern of these "no-go" area racist crimes as well as the police utter disinterest in getting justice for the (non-muslim)victims preferring instead to cling to their boldfaced overt lies that such incidents are rare and NOT racially motivated - despite the FACTS that the vast majority of British people know otherwise. (Before any commenters to this post, say this is just muslim thuggery, please answer when was the last time muslim girls were so assaulted and demeaned in this -or any- park?)

Is it any wonder that muslims feel they are conquering us - one only needs to look at the constant tsunami of their marauding numbers  of immigrants allowed to pour into our country and the chronic deference being shown to the Islamic religion and customs by dhimmi British politicians, police, educators, etc.

What has this bent knee pandering done for the British?  Our women are now seen as plunder to be assaulted, spit upon, raped and beaten.  Our own indigenous culture is under attack, belittled and disappearing. One point is sure - there will never be enough pandering to the muslim population - any concession will ALWAYS be followed up with more demands for compliance to muslim customs and laws. Not until the UK is entirely under muslim sharia law will the Islamists be satisfied.

The ultimate outrage - British people KNOW the police are lying (the MAJORITY of victims of racial attacks are white) yet far too many British are accepting such lies with a sense of fatalism and defeat that nothing will be done, citing the police always protect muslims. Whilst I don't disagree that the indigenous British are treated like second and third class citizens in their own home Country  this attitude MUST change before justice can and will be served. Defeatism and fatalism will only facilitate the Islamisation of Great Britain.

It is time for all true British people - men and women - to collectively regain our spines and fight back.  This is OUR country and we shouldn't let it be defiled by racist muslims.

 

Lone 14 Year old Scottish boy beaten by Muslim thugs and told "You're the next Kriss Donald- We're going to murder you!"

In an unprovoked attack, a lone 14 year old Scottish boy, Shaun Paul McNally, has been beaten, spit upon, bludgeoned and threatened with murder by a group of muslim thugs.  The entire crime is despicable yet there couldn't be a more reprehensible threat made by muslim men to a young lad than:

"You're the next Kriss Donald"......for these reasons :

One if not THE most despicable race hate crimes in Scotland/Britain was the horrific murder of 15 year old schoolboy, Kriss Donald - who was tortured and killed by muslim gang/men for no other reason than the young lad was white. Even the left leaning oft muslim apologist newspaper, The Guardian, was compelled to report gruesome murder:

"The court had heard that Kriss was jumped on as he walked down a street near his home with a friend. As he was bundled into a car, he screamed: "Why me? I'm only 15."

His mutilated body was found the next day on a walkway in the east end of the city. The slightly built boy had been beaten, held down and stabbed 13 times, then set on fire while he was still alive. Bleeding to death and burning, he tried to crawl towards the river Clyde but died in a ditch.

A passerby who found his body the following day thought he had stumbled across the carcass of a dead animal. "   LINK

More grisly details were found in The Independent

"The jury was told that Kriss was probably still alive when he was doused in petrol and set alight. Forensic experts said burns covered more than 70 per cent of his body. He was found on a walkway next to the river Clyde, near Celtic FC's training ground, the next day.

Described as slightly built, Kriss was so badly beaten and stabbed that one of his ribs was severed. Prosecutors described his death as an "appalling crime of inhumanity against a defenceless boy".

Other reports have even further agony being inflicted on Kriss Donald:

"Before he died, it is alleged that he was castrated, burned with cigarettes; his eyes were gouged out and he was stabbed repeatedly. Once on the waste ground he was doused with gasoline and set alight whilst still alive. He crawled a few metres and then, mercifully, died." LINK

Three muslim men - each with multiple past convictions - were found guilt of the slaughter -  Imran Shahid, 29, his brother Zeeshan Shahid, 28, and 27-year-old Mohammed Faisal Mushtaq of the abduction, assault and brutal killing on Monday March 15, 2004. - but only after they fled and tried to hide in Pakistan. The muslim MP who helped track down the abhorrent murderers and bring them back to Great Britain, was forced to give up his position due to "a campaign of fear" from fellow muslim "henchmen":

"Britain's first Muslim MP is to step down at the next election after he and his family received repeated death threats over his role in bringing three racist killers to justice. Mohammad Sarwar played a crucial part in securing the conviction of three Asian men for kidnapping, torturing and murdering the white schoolboy Kriss Donald in 2004. As a result, he has been subjected to a campaign of fear from the killers' henchmen, including threats to kill his children and grandchildren.

After months of abuse, Mr Sarwar announced yesterday that he had decided to stand down as MP for Glasgow Central at the next election to concentrate on charity work. Although he denied his surprise decision was directly linked to the death threats, he admitted his family had come under extreme pressure since he successfully negotiated the return of Kriss' killers from Pakistan." Thus muslim hatred and vitriole even cowed the first muslim Member of Parliament.

Now comes this latest incident of cowardly muslim thuggery:

One shudders to think what would have happened had the "wee p***k" not freed himself from the grasp of these racist goons. One also wonders if the Scottish Police will still refuse to recognize this as a race hate crime.......like they unbelievably tried to do in the Kriss Donald torture and murder:

There is a problem with youth disorder, which I think is the real issue here.  think there were people who wanted to turn the Kriss Donald murder into a racial problem and it backfired. I said at the time I did not think it was the real issue."This is a tight community and we do have a high proportion who are Asian but I don't see there being are any race problems here.

Osama Saeed of the Scottish Islamic Foundation said: "There was a nuance about the Kriss Donald incident that people do not pick up on."Pollokshields has been through tests, notably the Kriss Donald murder, and it has come through them. It is a very resilient community and it is one where people do intermingle. You don't find those diverse areas a lot."

As long as officials continue to CHOOSE to ignore the obvious, act as apologists for muslim thugs and refuse to recognize that muslims can and are often perpetrators of race hate attacks (see NUMEROUS TheOpinionator posts) then Pollokshields, and other communities in Great Britain, will continue to see innocent victims of muslim hate crimes- threatened, attacked, beaten and murdered.

FOOTNOTE: Victims of muslim crimes also need to STOP declaring they are "not a racist" for decrying said crimes. YOU are the victim NOT the muslims. Why aren't (at least) the local "moderate" muslim leaders and members out in force decrying this crime????

Street thugs threaten to kill 14-year-old boy and tell him: You're the next Kriss Donald

A TERRIFIED schoolboy told last night how a gang of thugs threatened to kill him like Kriss Donald.

Shaun Paul McNally, 14, was playing outside his home when a pack of Asian youths punched, kicked and spat on him and battered him with metal poles.

They shouted: "You're the next Kriss Donald! We're going to murder you!" The gang dragged Shaun Paul towards their car but he managed to get himself free and fled. He told the Record: "I'm lucky to be alive."

Kriss, 15, was tortured, stabbed and set on fire by a racist Asian gang six years ago.

And Shaun Paul was assaulted just a few streets from the spot where Kriss was kidnapped.

Shaun Paul said the gang attacked him at about 8.30pm on Wednesday after he got separated from his pals outside his home in St John's Quadrant, Pollokshields, Glasgow.

He recalled: "I turned a corner and these three Asian guys were standing just outside their car smoking.

"They came at me with metal poles and shouted, 'See you, you wee p***k! You're going to be the next Kriss Donald! We're going to murder you!'

"They punched me in the face about six times and I fell to the ground before they hit me over the head with the poles and spat at me.

"Then they tried to drag me into their car.

"I'm quite a big lad for my age and I fought back with all my strength, and I struggled free and ran for my life.

"They got back in the car and raced off but I managed to get some of their registration number. My pals ran after the car to get the number as well. It all happened so quickly and I still can't believe it."

Shaun Paul added: "I've given the police all the information I got and described the men to them.

"I hope they catch them before they pick on someone else.

"I'd never seen these guys before so I don't know why they targeted me.

"I was just out playing around with my pals. I didn't say anything to anyone."

Shaun Paul's mum Carolanne, 40, warned local parents: "Please make sure your weans are safe. Don't let them out of your sight.

"If you do let them out, make sure they are with their friends.

"My boy survived, but we have a duty to speak up to warn others and make sure it doesn't happen to another wean. They might not be so lucky. I'm scared to let Shaun Paul out now in case they come back for him.

"I want people to know I'm not a racist - far from it. I have many Asian friends. But there is small minority of Asian youths who are terrorising the community and it has got to stop."

Area police commander Chief Superintendent Stephen Mcallister said: "We can confirm we are investigating a report of an alleged assault on a 14-year-old male. We would ask anyone who saw anything or has information to contact Gorbals police on 0141 532 5300."

Five men were jailed for a total of 92 years for Kriss Donald's murder.

Ringleader Imran "Baldy" Shahid got at least 25 years. His brother Zeeshan, known as "Crazy", got 23 years and their cousin Mohammed "Becks" Mushtaq was caged for a minimum of 22 years.

 

"Unusual" Violent Riots Break Out in Dudley England

A rumor is circulating to the effect that Muslims in Dudley are now rioting in protest over the release of Leon and Snowy. I don’t have any confirmation of this intriguing report, but another news story seems to support the contention that Dudley’s “youths” have indeed been rioting over the release of EDL members Leon McCreery and John Shaw who have had charges dropped against them from last May for occupying the roof of the existing building on the site of the proposed mosque in Dudley.

Violent disorder breaks out in Dudley last night

VIOLENT disorder broke out in Dudley last night as cars were attacked with baseball bats and reports of gunshots being fired.

The incident happened on the forecourt of the car wash in Stafford Street at around 7pm.

Police were called after witnesses saw a group of men smash cars parked outside premises, just off Wolverhampton Street.

Officers arrested a 37 year-old man at the scene, on suspicion of violent disorder and possession of an offensive weapon. He continues to help police with inquiries this morning.

A second witness later reported that gunshots had been heard in the vicinity around the time of the disorder.

At this stage, it is not thought that anyone was injured during the incident.

Detective sergeant Glenn Marriott from the Sandwell and Dudley team of Force Criminal Investigation Department said: “We are treating this incident very seriously, as it appears that those involved in the disorder were obviously in some kind of dispute and had access to weapons.

“We are continuing to conduct specialist searches at the scene today, and will be interviewing the man arrested at the scene.

“Stafford Street and Wolverhampton Street are busy thoroughfares and I would urge anyone who was passing the area at all from around 7pm last night to come forward and pass on any information you may have to the investigating officers.”

Roads in the area are open as normal this morning, however the affected business premises remains closed.

Sergeant Chris Fox from Dudley police station said: “Incidents such as this cause concern for local people and we will be carrying out patrols in the area to reassure residents and traders over coming days.

“Thankfully, this kind of disorder is unusual and we will be speaking to people in the area as part of inquiries to try and identify those involved.”

Remember the Dudley Two?

Leon and Snowy are two English Defence League members who were arrested back in May for occupying the roof of the existing building on the site of the proposed mosque in Dudley. They were held in jail for several days and then charged with burglary and breach of the peace.

Now comes word that the charges have been dropped, and both men are free. However, one of them had his arm broken when he was beaten by the police — I suppose that’s just a little souvenir to remind him of his visit with Dudley’s friendly law enforcement community.

Charges Dropped for EDL Rooftop Protestors

TWO English Defence League members, who were arrested during a rooftop protest, have had all charges dropped against them.

Leon McCreery from Stockport and John Shaw from Knaresborough were arrested during the incident over the May Bank holiday, after being taken down from the roof of a disused factory in Hall Street by riot police.

The pair were bailed following an appearance at Dudley Magistrates Court, but the Crown Prosecution Service (CPS) has today announced it has dropped all charges against them because of “insufficient evidence”.

Gill Casey, District Crown Prosecutor for CPS Wolverhampton, said: “When considering whether a case should be prosecuted, the CPS applies the Code for Crown Prosecutors in two parts. The first is the evidential test where we have to be satisfied that there is enough admissible evidence to provide a realistic prospect of conviction. If the evidence satisfies the first test, then we have to consider the second part the public interest test.

“In the case against John Shaw and Leon McCreery a preliminary evidential test called the threshold test was applied. This was permissible because they were considered a substantial bail risk if released from custody and not all of the evidence was available to the prosecutor at the time that the charging decision was sought by the police. “I have now had an opportunity of carrying out a review of all the evidence and have applied both parts of the Code and I have made the decision to discontinue the prosecution on the basis that there is now insufficient evidence to provide a realistic prospect of conviction.”

So now it is crystal clear - that despite all the efforts of the police to obfuscate these muslim racist attacks as a "one off" or "incidents like this are rare" - they are neither.

Clearly there is a pattern of escalating muslim violence against non-muslims in the UK. It is past time that the British government, leaders and media start connecting the dots and admitting that there is a BIG problem with muslim Street Jihad in the UK - particularly England. (which has the highest concentration of muslims) - instead of  arresting innocent Englishmen for NO reason.  

And, clearly the government's continual pandering to and coddling of muslims (examples far too numerous to list) has done nothing to stem this violence or to protect the British people. Unfortunately for the people of Great Britain and other European countries - perhaps that is exactly what the British/EU government wants.

Faizan Samirudin admitted robbery, violent disorder, affray and unlawful wounding

A mob of teenagers armed with a fearsome array of weapons attacked total strangers.

One victim, then 17, was left with brain damage after the nine-strong gang ‘mercilessly beat him’.

Bolton Crown Court heard how the gang travelled from Manchester to Rochdale armed with retractable batons, knuckle-dusters and spanners in May 2008 on a ‘mission of retaliation’ to avenge an alleged attack on the ringleader’s brother.

The mob arrived at Denehurst Park, near Spotland, and ‘sprang out of bushes’ to attack a group of young friends. Faizan Samirudin approached Sheldon Hague, then 17, and said: "Who battered my brother?"

Witnesses told how Samirudin, 19, was carrying a cosh with a knuckle duster over his right hand. Sheldon tried to run away, but tripped.

Andrew Nuttall QC, prosecuting, said: "He was quickly reached and mercilessly beaten by a number of these defendants. He was defenceless and they beat him with their weapons with great force and at least one of the defendants stamped upon his face with such force that the shoe left an imprint."

The court was told that Sheldon, robbed of his watch and mobile phone, almost died. He was left with brain damage and is partially deaf. He also finds it hard to speak.

The nine defendants were due to be sentenced today. The court was told that none of the victims was linked to the alleged attack on Samirudin’s brother. Four other teenagers were also attacked in the park. None was seriously hurt.

After the attack the gang split up and ran off. Before they regrouped, one faction robbed another teenage boy and threatened another, Mr Nuttall said.

Faizan Samirudin, 19, of Epson Close, Rochdale, has pleaded guilty to robbery, violent disorder, affray and unlawful wounding. Talha Siddique, 19, of Byrom Street, Old Trafford, has pleaded to violent disorder and affray. Ajay Singh, 19, of Fulford Street, Old Trafford, has pleaded guilty to robbery, violent disorder, and affray. Muzammel Taufiq, 18, of Langshaw Street, Old Trafford, has pleaded guilty to violent disorder and affray.

Muneed Chowdrey, 18, of Reynolds Road, Old Trafford, admitted robbery, violent disorder and affray. Saim Malik, 18, of Reynolds Road, Old Trafford, pleaded guilty to violent disorder and two counts of affray. Huzifan Bhamjee, 18, of Darnley Street, Old Trafford, admitted robbery, violent disorder and affray. Mundir Selougha, 18, of Upper Chorlton Road, Whalley Range, admitted violent disorder and affray. Safwan Salejee, 18, of Derbyshire Lane, Stretford, pleaded guilty to robbery, violent disorder and affray.

'My boy will never be same . . . I hate them'

The mother of victim Sheldon Hague has told how doctors said he had just three hours to live after the brutal attack.

Sheldon was on a life support machine as mum Lesley, 40, rushed into the hospital.

He confounded doctors and pulled through, but remained in hospital for five days.

Sheldon, who suffered brain damage and is now partially deaf, also struggles to talk.

Lesley said: "He will be like this for the rest of his life. He will never fully recover.

"I hate these people for what they have done. It looks like they have shown no remorse at all."

Sheldon, a former pupil at Oulder Hill School, Rochdale, is now 19 and studying to be a mechanic, but says he rarely leaves his house and has nightmares.

In a victim statement read out to the court, he said: "I think about what happened all the time and I cannot sleep. I think that this will be with me for the rest of my life."

Lesley added: "Sheldon did nothing to them. He was totally defenceless and was just in the wrong place at the wrong time.

"When I saw him on a life support machine the doctor said he had three hours to live. I would not wish that on anyone."

Muslim thug bashes lone Brit with baseball bat - leaves victim for dead

An unprovoked brutal attack by a muslim man on 38 year old Owen Roberts has left Mr. Roberts feeling 'lucky to be alive".

Well he should be - as his bare head was repeatedly bashed by an "Asian" man wielding a baseball bat. The attack left Mr. Roberts with a fractured skull.  So when a person is attacked & beaten for no apparent reason (such as robbery) - wouldn't the media normally rush to say it must be a race hate attack...IF the victim were muslim?  So why such a reticence to do so when the victim is white and the attacker is muslim?...I think we all know the answer to that question.

What is clear to me and to the readers of this blog is the attacks on innocent British men, women and children are escalating as our politicians continue to incessantly pander to muslim demands and behaviours. There is NO reason to think this will change. The lives of the innocent British people are in peril with the ability to walk ANY streets in England/Great Britain without fear of becoming a victim of muslim violence rapidly shrinking. This street jihad is totally unacceptable and MUST be stopped.

Meanwhile, after suffering the savage bashing and being left for dead, Owen Roberts experiences reoccurring panic attacks - especially when he sees gangs of teenagers. One might logically surmise - more specifically - gangs of "Asian" teenagers but wouldn't that, according to the media & government, make Mr. Roberts a 'racist'?.....or far more accurately - a realist.

‘Baseball bat attacker left me for dead’

A MAN who suffered a fractured skull after being smashed over the head with a baseball bat said last night: “I’m lucky to be alive.”

Owen Roberts, aged 38, was walking to his mother’s house in Aldersyde Street, Morris Green, when he was set upon.

The thug hit him over the head three times sending Mr Roberts crashing to the ground. The attacker ran off when a neighbour came out to see what was going on.

Mr Roberts said he could not see at first and was in a daze, but he managed to stagger to his sister’s house across the street where he collapsed on the doorstep and the family rang 999.

He was taken to hospital and treated for a fractured skull and deep gash above each ear.

Mr Roberts, a divorced father-of-four who also has a 10 month old grandson, said: “I felt no pain at first and could not see anything, just white space, but then I came round and managed to stagger to my sister’s house.

“I had blood pouring all over me, it was coming out of my ears and I could see it on my hands.

“I feel very lucky to be alive, but this has had a huge effect on my life.

“I don’t want to go out on my own. When I see gangs of teenagers I get scared and I keep having panic attacks over what has happened.”

The incident happened at 4pm on Thursday, July 8.

The attacker was Asian, between 18 and 20 years old, about 5ft 5in tall, slim, with short, dark spiky hair. He wore a white vest and shorts.

Det Con Tammy Woodhouse, of Bolton CID, said: “This was a totally unprovoked attack that has left the victim with very serious injuries.I know people in the area will know who is responsible and I would urge them to call police. We will treat all information in confidence.”

Six hurt as car hits pedestrians in Dudley BBC

Six pedestrians were injured, three seriously, when they were struck by a car in the West Midlands.

The ambulance service was called to the junction of King Street and Stafford Street, Dudley, at 1605 BST.

Three men, aged 42, 37 and 32 suffered head injuries. The 37-year-old also broke his leg.

Three others, including a girl aged 16 whose leg was broken, also needed hospital treatment.

An 18-year-old man suffered a foot injury and a 19-year-old man has a suspected broken leg, the West Midlands Ambulance Service said.

UPDATE: Sky news has reported damage to a Hindu Temple in Dudley.

The buses went 2 miles or so to the demo point and never came back for the rest. Everyone started to walk, the police blocked everyone. After what seemed ages, most people had made their way to Castle hill and the police were there in force. Nobody was going to pass and they didn`t. Members were assaulted and sent on their way. Small groups were picked off by local Asians [UK speak for Muslims - Atlas]  - police confirmed this. I can`t comment what happened in the demo site as I never made it. But i did witness our coaches being stoned while police looked on, and a mob wandering around Dudley as if they owned the place - they then attacked police. Apologies if I have repeated myself - raging at the moment. "

But i did witness our coaches being stoned while police looked on, and a mob wandering around Dudley as if they owned the place - they then attacked police.
