12 & 13 YR. OLD PAPERBOY BROTHERS ATTACKED & BEATEN BY MUSLIM GANG

This is the third instance. in a matter of a few days. that has occurred where gangs of muslims thugs have beaten up lone young British boys - in this case these lads are mere children.

Two young lads, responsibly working at a very young age, delivering newspapers. The cowardly muslims attacked the boys, from behind, held the boys by the throat all whilst kicking and punching them. What was the booty? Why a cell phone.  But the reader must remember that the REAL booty was the chance to punch, kick, humilate and steal from the kaffir.

These muslims act of cowardly violence are getting bolder as this one occurred in broad daylight on a busy street.  These muslim slimeballs know that even if caught, the British police and judicial system will pander to them.

One has to commend the courage being shown by the parents insist that the muslim cretins will not stop their sons from continuing the paper route "My husband and I have tried to reassure them and told them that they can’t let these thugs put them off doing a job they love doing" and will accompany the boys on the route until the boys confidence and feeling of safety returns  - showing the traditional English fortitude -( that politicians seem to want to eradicate).

I wish that I could tell the family that I agreed and think that safety from muslim crime will return-but until the politicians and the police acknowledge the meaning behind these muslim assaults and reconize that muslim crime will continue without strong police reaction --and the British people en masse demand that their streets be made safe- unfortunately I don't see it happening any time soon.

Paperboy brothers in gang attack terror


A GANG of youths punched, kicked and robbed two paperboys as they delivered the Chronicle Weekend in Chadderton on Sunday afternoon.

 

The 13-year-old brothers were approached from behind by the 12-strong gang close to the Falcon Business Centre in Victoria Street at 5pm.

One of the victims was forced against a wall and held by the throat while being kicked and punched. His brother was restrained while the gang searched his pockets and stole his wallet and mobile phone.

Neighbouring residents heard the commotion and called the police when they came outside and saw the attack taking place.

The victims’ mother said the boys have been left extremely shaken and terrified at the thought of returning to their delivery route this weekend.

She added: “My husband and I have tried to reassure them and told them that they can’t let these thugs put them off doing a job they love doing.

“We will go with them for the next few weeks while they build their confidence up but I think it will be a long time before they feel secure.

“You really don’t expect your children to be attacked on a busy street in broad daylight and I’m really annoyed that this gang have done this to my sons when they were just going about their job and doing nobody any harm.

“I’m very grateful to the man who came out of his house and called the police as the situation could have been a lot worse.

“My sons wanted to call the police themselves and report the crime so I’m very proud of how mature and brave they have been.

“We have spoken about what they should do in this situation in the past and we told them to just hand over their property if they were threatened because it’s just not worth getting attacked for a mobile phone and money which can be replaced.

“When one of my sons phoned me to tell me what had happened I was terrified about what state I would find them in — it’s every parents worst nightmare.

“Luckily they didn’t need hospital treatment but this gang have really hurt them and taken away their self confidence.”

The only description available so far is that the gang was made up of Asian teenagers.

GANG OF 15 BASEBALL BAT WIELDING MUSLIMS ATTACK BRITISH MAN

Like a pack of rabid wolves a band of 15 "Asian" men chased a 19 year old British man for one half mile before catching the lone victim and beating him with baseball bats.

The scenario is similar to the one I recently blogged about regarding the 16 year old asthmatic lad, David Proctor, who was robbed and severly beaten by a gang of muslim thugs. In Protor's case the muslims used dogs to terrorize the boy - they also made him strip naked for further humiliation.

In the current case - baseball bats were used to inflict brutal injuries on the 19 year old young man. There was NO instigating cause - just a British man walking alone minding his own business when these muslim cretins decided to single him out for a beating. One can only imagine the terror of being cornered - like prey - with 15 crazed muslim, in a frenzy,  wielding baseball bats.

These outrageous acts of terrorism must be stopped. But, first the government, police and the politicians must recognize and admit the problem: Muslims hate the kafir-- PERIOD. Their multicultural social engineering experiment is an abject failure. The ludicrous yammering about "moderate" muslims is just that - idiocy. There are no demonstrations, in British streets, with muslims condemning the beatings of these young men. But lo and behold a children's storybook about pigs or a stuffed teddy bear are seen by muslims as eggregioius offenses. For a long list of things that offend muslims go here.

The muslims are taught by the Quran how to treat, humiliate and kill the Kaffir (non-muslims) - here are a few Quranic "suggestions"

"Quran tells Muslims to kill the disbelievers wherever they find them (Q. 2:191), to murder them and treat them harshly (Q. 9:123), slay them  (Q. 9:5), fight with them, (Q. 8: 65 ) even if they are Christians and Jews, humiliate them and impose on them a penalty tax (Q. 9: 29). Quran takes away the freedom of belief from all humanity and tell clearly that no other religion except Islam is accepted (Q. 3: 85). It relegates those who disbelieve in Quran to hell  (Q.  5:10), calls them najis (filthy, untouchable, impure) (Q. 9: 28). It orders its followers to fight the unbelievers until no other religion except Islam is left (Q. 2: 193). It says that the non-believers will go to hell and will drink boiling water (Q. 14: 17). It asks the Muslims to slay or crucify or cut the hands and feet of the unbelievers, that they be expelled from the land with disgrace and that “they shall have a great punishment in world hereafter” (Q.5: 34). “As for the disbelievers”, it says that “for them garments of fire shall be cut and there shall be poured over their heads boiling water whereby whatever is in their bowls and skin shall be dissolved and they will be punished with hooked iron rods” (Q. 22: 9). Quran prohibits a Muslim to befriend a non-believer even if that non-believer is the father or the brother of that Muslim (Q. 9: 23), (Q. 3: 28). Quran asks the Muslims to “strive against the unbelievers with great endeavor (Q. 25: 52), be stern with them because they belong to hell (Q. 66: 9).  The holy Prophet demanded his follower to “strike off the heads of the disbelievers”; then after making a “wide slaughter among them, carefully tie up the remaining captives” (Q. 47: 4)." Clearly the attacks on innocent British are escalating as our politicians continue to pander to muslim demands and behaviours. There is NO reason to think this will change. The lives of the innocent British people are in peril with the ability to walk ANY streets in England/Great Britain without fear of becoming a victim of muslim violence rapidly shrinking. This terrorism is totally unacceptable and MUST be stopped.

19 year old man chased down and attacked by gang of 15

A 15-STRONG gang attacked a young man after chasing him for almost half-a-mile.

The 19-year-old was walking down Manchester Road, Thornton Lodge, at 9.30pm on Saturday to meet his girlfriend when he saw the gang standing on a grass verge on St Thomas’ Road.

They started to chase him and he fled along Manchester Road and then up steps next to St Thomas’ Church at Longroyd Bridge to Water Street in Springwood.

The gang cornered him in a garden there and beat him with baseball bats and pieces of wood.

He was left badly bruised and needed treatment at Huddersfield Royal Infirmary.

Det Con Russ Conlon, from Kirklees CID intelligence unit, said: “This was a motiveless attack.

“We would urge anyone who saw this gang hanging around, chasing the victim or the attack itself to come forward.’’

All the attackers are young Asian men and there were about 15 of them.

The ringleader is aged about 20, 5ft 8in tall and slim.

He wore a plain grey hooded top.

BRITISH COURTS TAKE STEP TOWARD SHARIA

The below article provides firm evidence that British courts are walking towards acceptance of Sharia law. 

Mohammed (what else) Ashraf Adam told the magistrate that he had stood infront of the mosque elders and sworn on the Quran that he wouldn't continue to beat his wife - his mosque would retaliate if he broke his promise. Of course the Quran instructs muslim men on how to treat their wife (wives) and beating is not forbidden but encouraged.(sura 4.34)

So appearing before a mosque's Sharia law allocating elders is now considered acceptable excuse in British courts? The fact that the Sharia court was sought out prior to British court indicates just where muslims place British law in importance to Sharia law.  When will the courts of Great Britain start to accept the Sharia court decisions with NO appearance in British courts required? Soon from the look's of it.

Koran pledge not to beat wife

A MAN who assaulted his wife told a court how he had called on his mosque elders to help sort out his marriage difficulties.

Mohammed Ashraf Adam told Hyndburn magistrates he had stood in front of the elders and his wife, had taken the Koran in his hand and pledged never to his wife again. And defence solicitor Roger Pickles said his client was well aware that if he ever broke his promise the Mosque would come down on him "like a ton of bricks".

Adam, 44, of Strathclyde Road, Blackburn, pleaded guilty to assaulting Nimmi Adam.

He was made subject to community supervision for 24 months with a condition he attends the domestic violence programme and pay £250 compensation and £150 costs.

Adam told the court how he had gone before the Mosque committee and confessed what he had done before telling his wife, in the presence of the elders, that he would never hit her again.

"The elders have told me that if there is any repetition they will support the police and the court," said Mr Adam.

"I turned to the elders for help because it is in the Koran that a man cannot hit his wife."

MUSLIMS URGE BOYCOTT OF CHELSEA TOUR DUE TO ISRAELI COACH & PLAYER

Members of the Religion of Peace - who so often cry out about discrimination via  bogus claims of "Islamophobia" have NO problem with bold faced racism in the form of anti-semitism.

Of course the Quran is the source of the "holy" attitude of muslims towards Jews - where the Jews are referred to as apes and pigs. The purely anti-semitic book, the Quran, normalizes the hatred of Jews for muslims - thus this attitude is prevalent in muslim countries.

In order for the Jihad to be successful - Israel must be eradicted.  The large muslim population of Europe is seen as a "Trojan Horse" and is achieving it's goal of making anti-semitism acceptable in Europe:

One wonders where all the lefties are when it comes to overt racism against Jews in Europe -- oops - why they are with the muslims= Overt anti-semitism has prevented more than one Jewish speaker from coming to the UK. Britain has become the center for European anti-semitism. (see link below) Anti-semitism at British universites was so rampant that a government rule against it was instituted.

So the below article is about more than just a bunch of idiotic muslims trying to bully a third world country for allowing a Jewish coach and player to enter into Malaysia - it is further proof that muslim colonization of Europe, and more specifically the UK, has inflicted muslim's hatred of Jews into Western Countries and into all aspects of our lives  - including our sports.

Muslim group urges M'sians to boycott Chelsea tour

KUALA LUMPUR - MUSLIM leaders on Sunday urged Malaysians to boycott a visit by English football giants Chelsea in protest at the move to let their Israeli coach and defender into the country.

Spokesman Mohamad Azmi Abdul Hamid said the coalition of 21 Muslim groups would hold a mass protest at the tour match if the government did not bar coach Avram Grant and player Tal Ben Haim.

'Malaysians should boycott the match,' Mohamad Azmi said. 'We should unite with the Palestinian people and fight for an independent homeland for them.' Malaysia does not have diplomatic ties with Israel and its citizens must obtain special permission to travel here.

On Friday, the group submitted a memorandum to the home ministry opposing the government's decision to allow the Israeli pair into the country.

'The reason for the travel ban to Malaysia is to isolate Israel which is a rogue state. If the Israeli footballers are allowed in, the government will be considered as being insensitive to the Palestinian people,' Mohamad Azmi said.

He warned that if Grant and Ben Haim are allowed into Malaysia, the coalition would picket Chelsea's match against a Malaysian team on July 29.

'Definitely, we will mobilise the public and hold a protest outside the stadium,' he said.

Foreign Minister Rais Yatim has confirmed Malaysia had no 'objections' to admitting the two, allaying fears that Chelsea may cancel the visit.

'They are a sports team with two Israeli members. We don't see it as something wrong,' he said.

The English title contenders are among the most popular teams in Malaysia, where sports fans avidly follow the Premier League on satellite television.

Chelsea are also planning to play in the southern Chinese city of Guangzhou on July 23 on their pre-season Asian tour.

BRITISH BOY BEATEN TO A PULP & ROBBED BY MUSLIMS

More violence and crime by followers of the Religion of Peace who continue their ruthless "pack" attacks against lone, and often young, victims.

Though the police would like us to believe this is an "unusual" incident - this blog and many others daily cite murders, beatings, rapes, thefts, fraud and other crimes committed by muslims - both in the UK and around the world. Can anyone remember the last week or day that newspapers did NOT carry stories of muslim or "Asian" killings and/or other crimes?

Clearly this attack was premeditated and just required a lone victim - it was 16 year old lad, David Proctor's misfortune that he was the "chosen one".  Young David, walking home alone after treatment for his asthma, likely had 10 years of multicultural propaganda swirling around in his brain when he when he felt comfortable enough, at 1 AM, to stop and ask directions from an "Asian" man. This "good samaritan" Asian man immediately beckoned to his fellow muslim thugs and the beating and theft began. Though muslim cabbies refuse to pick up disabled people's service dogs - saying dogs are "unclean" - these thugs had no problem using a dog (likely mistreated and pulled from a muslim run dogfighting kennel) to terrorize a 16 year old boy.

Clearly the attack went even further as the stripping of the boy was intended to cause humiliation - beating and robbery were not enough for these belly crawling muslim hoodlums. This act of humiliation falls into the muslim mindset towards the kaffir - or "infidel".

The truth is that these types of attacks are happening with stepped-up frequency yet the police and politicians still want us to believe that this is "unusual". Until the police can be more honest and directly address the muslim crime wave in the UK - without being stimied by political correctness - we can anticipate more and more of the same. The safety of the British people must return to the priority it once held prior to the muslim colonization.

Teenager beaten in park attack

A mother today condemned young thugs who robbed and beat her teenage son and left him naked in a park.

David Procter, 16, was forced to strip and hand over jewellery and his mobile phone, before being viciously punched and kicked in the head and body.

His three attackers also set two dogs on him and he was bitten on the ear.

The youngster, who suffers from asthma, was left with serious facial injuries, including a broken nose, fractured cheekbone and broken teeth.

A passing motorist draped a blanket around him and took him to Bradford Royal Infirmary for treatment.

Detectives are investigating the "unusual" incident.

David's mother, Julie Procter, said she could not believe what the attackers had done to her son when she saw his injuries in hospital.

She said: "It was bad enough David being beaten up and robbed, but then to take all his clothes and leave him there was beyond belief. All they left him with was a little eye stud."

He had been treated at BRI for chest pains brought on by his asthma and had set off to walk to his father's home in Holme Wood when the attack happened, at around 1am last Sunday (April 20).

David said: "I was at the entrance to Lister Park. I saw a young Asian lad and asked him for directions. He whistled two others over and they offered to take me in a car. I thought something was a bit dodgy and I said I would walk. When I turned to go they started on me."

The teenager said he was forced to hand over his mobile phone and items of jewellery.

He was then made to strip off all his clothes.

But when he tried to hand over a gold chain he had to rip it from his neck to get it free.

"One of them said: I wanted it all together' and they started beating me up," said David. "One lad punched me twice in the face, knocking me to the ground. All three then just started kicking me in the side and the face.

"I was covering my face up. I was frightened and in pain. Then they set the dogs on me. I just wanted it to end and to go home. They didn't say anything while they were beating me. Then they just walked off and left me on the ground."

He added: "They need locking up. If it has happened to me, it will happen to somebody else. One of the nurses told me it happens quite often in that area."

Police took David back to the park so he could identify the place the attack happened. He has also given a statement and had his injuries photographed.

Detective Inspector Gerry O'Shea, of Bradford South CID, said it was a highly unusual type of crime.

"The stealing of the clothes is quite bizarre and using dogs in the crime is unusual in itself.

"It is being actively investigated and we are looking at a number of inquiries, which includes checking CCTV in the park.

"We urge anyone with information to contact the investigating officer, PC Louise Matthews, of Bradford South Police, on 0845 6060606, or Crimestoppers, anonymously, on 0800 555 111."

One of the robbers was aged 16 or 17, slim, 5ft 9ins tall, with short dark hair and spoke with an English/Asian accent. Another was aged about 17 and 5ft 9ins tall. The third suspect was about 18, slightly taller than the others, slim, spoke with an English/Asian accent and wore an orange and black horizontally-striped jumper. He had the two Staffordshire Bull Terrier-type dogs on leads.

Mrs Procter said: "I want to thank the person who took David to hospital. These thugs had beaten him black and blue and left him without a stitch of clothing."

MUSLIM LAWYER WHO RAKES IN MILLIONS DEFENDING TERRORISTS SPEAKS AT EXTREMIST RALLY

Muslim Solicitor Mudassar Arani, 45 has raked in $5 million dollars by defending some of the worst "radical Islamist" terrorists in Britian.  To add insult to injury she is paid from British taxpayer coffers as the terrorists are entitled to "free" legal aid to pay for Arani's services.

It has now been discovered that this lawyer may really be little better than the violence seeking muslim thugs that she so vociferously defends - as she had no problem appearing and being a speaker at a muslim extremist rally  -thus giving her physical approval of the hate speech spewed there.

Perhaps Solicitor Arani will rationalize that she was at the rally for business reasons  -to "network" or to build her client portfolio.  One must in all seriousness consider just what type of "networking" was going on at this rally and how Arani could listen to threats made to the British people without the ethics code of her profession forcing her to stand up and speak out on behalf of those same people. It appears that her allegiance is to the muslim extremists not the British public or law.

This leaves serious doubts of her ability to do her job and whether any future taxpayer monies should be paid to her.

TERROR LAWYER AT FANATICS RALLY

A LAWYER whose firm has raked in £2.4million representing terror suspects appeared at a rally alongside extremists, The Sun can reveal.

Solicitor Mudassar Arani, 45, shared a stage with exiled cleric Omar Bakri’s right-hand man, Anjem Choudary, in front of around 100 fanatics.

She gave a speech minutes after hate preacher Choudary, 41, gleefully told followers an Islamic flag would one day “fly over the White House and Downing Street” when martyrs triumphed in a holy war.

Arani’s firm, which has acted for hook-handed Abu Hamza and the 21/7 bombers, has coined in a fortune in taxpayers’ cash through legal aid in the past.

Last night she was slammed for sitting next to Choudary, at a filmed meeting, as she spoke

Senior Tory MP Patrick Mercer, a member of the influential Commons Home Affairs Committee, said: “I think this throws grave doubt on her ability to represent clients in court and do her job.

“She has shown her hand as being sympathetic to subversion.”

The video footage, obtained by The Sun, shows Arani in white robes and a headscarf reading out defiant messages from convicted terror mastermind Dhiren “Eesa” Barot.

In one clip, heard by a crowd including children, she says: “Eesa asked me to convey a message to you ... ‘No matter what they do to me, no matter how much they punish me, my deen (beliefs) will not be driven away from me. I will remain strong’.”

Barot was caged for life in 2006 for plotting radioactive bomb attacks in the UK and America and was later scarred by other inmates

In the video, filmed at an unknown location, Arani orders the crowd to bombard prisons with complaints to get jailed clients cushier treatment.

She also moans about the treatment Abu Hamza has had in jail and ends by saying: “My destiny is not controlled by no judge, no law society. My destiny is controlled by Allah.”

The video – posted on an extremist website alongside other vile rants – has been passed to the police.

TWO men accused of being key figures in a plot to mount suicide bomb attacks on transatlantic jets were filmed in internet cafes researching flight timetables and firms selling fertiliser, a court heard yesterday.

Ahmed Abdulla Ali and Assad Sarwar are among eight accused who deny conspiracy charges at Woolwich Crown Court, South London.

A MARCH to celebrate St George’s Day has been axed

– because the authorities fear it could spark race riots.

About 1,500 children were due to take part in a parade to commemorate the patron saint of England on Wednesday.

But council bosses in Bradford, West Yorks, have ditched the event over concerns it could upset the Asian community, many of them Muslim.

They feared a repeat of riots that hit the city in 2001, when an Asian man was stabbed by National Front supporters and 300 police were injured. Officials suggested making the route shorter to avoid areas where the riots took place

But the Rev Tony Tooby, chairman of governors at St Philips Primary School, said: “We wanted the route to include where the riots took place to educate our young people.

“But the police and council proposed another route which was ridiculously short.

“The march would have been over before it began.

“Unfortunately, there’s a fear someone may have used it to cause violence.

“The day seems to have been taken off us because of fear of thugs.” Tory MP Philip Davies, 36, added: “This was a prime opportunity to promote integration in a celebration of being British.

“The police and council – whether it’s through political correctness or whatever – have failed miserably. Frankly, it’s pathetic.”

About 10,000 people were expected to line the streets.

But council leader Kris Hopkins, 44, said: “The council has not banned the St George’s Day parade.

“Given the involvement of 1,500 children, including six and seven-year-olds, we suggested a slightly safer route.

“We have got a responsibility to look after our children.”

Ladbrokes have cut the odds of St George’s Day being made a Bank Holiday after a flurry of bets by patriotic punters.

Of course there were apparently NO such concerns with the annual panderfest called "March for Mohammed" which took place, uninhibited, this past March 23rd in Burton on Trent.  So what was found at this march of moderate peace loving muslims? --"Anti US remarks" were found in posters and leaflets distributed at the parade-  one can be sure that there is more to this story then currently is told. 

Whereas it was easy for the Bradford council to verbally fluff off and disappoint 1,500 school children and 10,000 English people --- the Burton upon Trent police felt the need to put on their kid gloves and personally deliver letters to explain to the muslim "community" why the police were searching the area. 

Clearly the "March for Mohammed"  is where the councillors AND the police should have had the most consternation and no amount of pandering or media spin will convince the English otherwise.

To deprive the English of the St George's Day parade is yet another direct assault, by our muslim pandering government officials, on the indigenous English population.

Police have seized several computers after receiving complaints about "inflammatory" posters and leaflets displayed during a Muslim festival.

The posters, displayed during the annual "March for Mohammed" in Burton upon Trent on 23 March, apparently contained anti-US remarks, police said.

Five addresses in the town were searched and literature also seized but no one was arrested, a spokesman added.

Officers delivered letters to residents explaining why police were in the area.

The march was attended by about 300 people last month and is held to celebrate the Prophet Mohammed's birthday.

Police searched properties in Harlech Way and Kingsmead, in Stretton and in Sydney Street, Derby Road and Derby Street in Burton.

UK POLICE WANT MORE MUSLIM OFFICERS

Yet again another instance of "you couldn't make this stuff up".  Now the UK Northants police are launching a recruitment drive for muslims.  Of course this comes as part of a plan with the Northants Muslim Support Forum- the group will also get an imam as part of the deal.

Looks like the Northants police never read the Directorate of Professional Standards study which concludes that Muslim officers are more likely to become corrupt than white officers:

"The main conclusions of the study, commissioned by the Directorate of Professional Standards and written by an Asian detective chief inspector, stated: "Asian officers and in particular Pakistani Muslim officers are under greater pressure from the family, the extended family ... and their community against that of their white colleagues to engage in activity that might lead to misconduct or criminality."

OR

That muslim police officers (in addition to many who work in government and social service position) have been known to block the investigation of honour-killings - in fact these "Asian" police have refused to help these women, returned them to their abusive families and encouraged punishments:

"Some Asians in the police and in Government jobs have been accused of blocking the crackdown against so-called honour killings. It is alleged they are not only failing to help desperate women trying to flee abuse and arranged marriages but are actively encouraging punishment for those they believe are breaking traditional taboos. Terrified victims who seek official help are even being tracked down by a network of Asian men working in Government departments and social services, according to a study written by the think-tank Social Cohesion. Police are launching a drive to recruit more Muslims, with less than one per cent of the force currently a member of the religion.

As part of the plan the force has set up the Northants Muslim Support Forum and is considering engaging an imam to provide support for Muslims in the organisation.

The recruitment drive has come about because only eight of the 2,500 officers on the payroll are Muslims.

Assistant chief constable Derek Talbot said the organisation was using a number of methods to swell the ranks.

He said: "We are trying to engage more constructively with the Muslim community.

"The police is not typically seen as a good career opportunity for members of the Muslim community. We have got to deal with that perception and make the police more attractive to them."

He said they were attending events where Muslims congregate as part of the drive.

MUSLIM'S SAY MECCA SHOULD BE THE SOURCE OF THE WORLD'S TIME

Clearly the goal of Islam is to have a global Caliphate = muslims will conquer and rule the world. I and many others have chronicled the overt and stealth invasion of the UK, Europe and elsewhere by muslims and the atrocities committed in the name of Islam. A relatively new muslim movement is to create an internationally enforceable "legal instrument" by which muslims can stifle any type of free speech, in the Western world, against Islam. Currently muslims are being encouraged to file lawsuits against anyone they deem to be offensive to Islam -- often using ludicrous "Human Rights Commissions" to do the dirty work as in the famous Ezra Levant case.

Now muslim "scholars" have decided there is yet another way to implement their Global Caliphate. Insisting that "Mecca is the center of the world's land" they want to change the reference point for world time from Greenwich, England (Greenwich Mean Time) to.............where else but Mecca. They have even invented the Mecca watch. Muslims balk at what they feel is the Western world inflicting Greenwich upon them. In fact these inbred thinking "scholars" even want to discard Western maps.

For those who continue to keep their heads in the sand and refuse to believe in muslim's desire for world domination - it is past time (Greenwich Mean Time) for such dhimwits to wake up.

By Nour Abuzant SPEAKERS at a Doha conference on Mecca's importance said that the holy city, not Greenwich, should become the reference point for world time, reigniting an old controversy that started some four decades ago. A group of Islamic scholars presented on Saturday “scientific evidence” to prove that Mecca was the core of that the zero longitude passes through the holy city and not through Greenwich in the UK. Greenwich in England has been the home of Greenwich Mean Time (GMT) since 1884. GMT is sometimes called Greenwich Meridian Time because it is measured from the Greenwich Meridian Line at the Royal Observatory in Greenwich. Greenwich is the place from where all time zones are measured. In a clear support for the call, Islamic scholar Yousuf al-Qaradawi said Islam, “unlike other religions, never contradicted science”. The participants recommended the unification of the time in the Arab world to the time in Mecca instead of Greenwich. They also called the Arab governments to abandon the new world maps “because they are forged to serve Western interests.” They also demanded that buildings in the Arab world be directed towards Qibla. The gathering also urged to organise conferences to promote the idea of “Mecca as the centre of the world's land” and distribution of CDs to support it. The conference was organised to introduce Saat Makkah (the watch of Mecca). The inventor of the clock, Yasin a-Shouk, said it runs anti-clockwise in the direction of Tawaf, the rotation around Kaaba. The Switzerland-based award-winning inventor of Palestinian origin said that his invention met a lot of opposition and it took him four years to win the patent. The moderator of the event, Rabaa Hamo, who is also the wife of the watch's inventor, said “the West imposed on us the invisible Greenwich line” as the world's reference time. She hoped that an Islamic country would adopt the project to strengthen the belief that Mecca was the core of the world, not theoretically but practically. Islamic scholar, Zaghloul al-Najjar, said that the West did not like the scientific proofs that “Mecca was located in the centre of our planet, but nevertheless we will go on our research to establish it as a truth”. Other speakers talked about the privileges of Mecca quoting verses from the Holy Qur'an and the sayings of Prophet Muhammad.

Claims: Rowan Williams says many Christians have fled their homes in the Holy Land

Christians in the Middle East are facing persecution because of British and American foreign policy, the Archbishop of Canterbury will claim today.

Dr Rowan Williams will say that many Christians have been forced to flee their homes in the Holy Land because of 'appalling pressure' from extremist Islamic groups.

And he will warn that historic communities risk becoming mere 'museum pieces' in the 'theme park' Middle East because of the military policies of the West.

During an appearance in London yesterday, he said there was a risk that the region could become a "monochrome" area dominated by an "unfriendly" form of Islam.

Indigenous Christian groups were increasingly being seen as a 'foreign and aggressive' presence, he added.

The Archbishop will make the comments in a speech at Westminster Cathedral later today.

He will say that historically Christians have played a leading role in social, cultural and intellectual change in the Middle East.

But historic communities now risked becoming mere 'museum pieces' in a 'theme park' region as a result of persecution.

In part this was due to an extremist form of Islam filling the void left following the peak of Arab nationalism, the head of the Church of England will claim.

But he also blames the role of Western governments.

Dr Williams will say: 'Indigenous Christian community throughout the region have suffered from being associated with the American global project, and indeed the British global project as part of the American global project.'

He cites a recent visit to Syria in which he met some of the half million refugees who had fled Iraq since 2003.

Dr Williams added: 'The military policies of the West in the last few years have firmly cemented in a great deal of the Middle East the notion that Christianity is a foreign, aggressive and Western presence.

'I regret it is a real tragedy that this ongoing crisis has yet to be the focus of policy declarations, or indeed recognised by some of our Western governments.'

He also calls on Christians around the world to focus on the crisis and said Government needed to pay attention to the worsening situation.

Speaking yesterday, he said: “There is an urgent need for people in the UK to wake up to the fact that Christians in the Middle East are living through a time of change more dramatic and more costly than anything that has been seen for a thousand years and more.'

He went on to highlight the 'tragic situation' of Christian refugees from Iraq and the 'quiet but numerically huge exodus of Christians' - particularly educated Christians - out of the entire Middle East region.

'The remaining Christian communities are left exposed to violence or extremism in many countries, and the societies they live in are deprived of some of their most creative and resourceful citizens,' he added.


THEOPINIONATOR--COMMENTS:

It seems to me that instead of blaming the MUSLIMS/ISLAM PERSECUTORS 100% for the torment of Christians in the Middle East - he somehow wants to temper this blame by using USA & UK foreign policy as the real underlying problem.  Dr. Rowan is singing with the EU dhimmi choir as he tells us if it wasn't for that nasty (Christian) foreign policy - then muslims would love Christians and we would be building towering cathedrals in Tehran.  Perhaps he can enlighten me as to where the Islamic countries have not been "monochrome" all along - where they have welcomed Christians?? Dr Rowan is just another apologist for the Religion of Violence (oops I mean Peace) - making excuses for muslim maniacal behaviours.

I suppose I could applaud him for at least pointing a bobbing finger at the "extremist" muslims for Middle East violence against Christians - even if his attempts are schizophrenic. The Archbishop just can't bring himself to stick to the blatant truth. Nor does he discuss the overt lack of acceptance by muslims for Christians (regardless of foreign policies) - - certainly not now or ever -perhaps he should check the Quran. When dealing with Christians, Islamic countries have never even remotely come close to  the knee bent pandering and absurd sensitivity shown to muslims in UK - we (Christian or otherwise) are expected to virtually twist ourselves into pretzels rather than say, write or do anything that muslims may find offensive.  The idea that if we keep being understanding and sycophants to muslims they will eventually be nice to us- IS NOT NOR WILL IT EVER WORK.

IF the people of the UK have not "woken up" to the plight of Christians, in the Middle East, perhaps it is due to them being so focused on trying to retain their British identity, culture, mores, traditions, religion and language as they suffer the Muslim global project of colonization of Great Britain.
